Coaching with San

Everyone is welcome: queer 🌈, neurodivergent🧠, non-conventional relationships ❤️

Coaching is a space to think out loud with someone on your side. Maybe a decision keeps going in circles, maybe life changed and you’re still catching up — or maybe nothing is wrong and you simply want more of what feels good. We look at it together and find your next step.

01

Getting to know you

I’ll be curious about your world — what you want, what’s hard, and what’s already working. You don’t need a clear problem to start.

02

The bigger picture

We put the pieces together and make sense of what’s happening — the patterns, the people around you, and the story you tell yourself about it.

03

Making a plan

We choose up to three goals and small steps toward them — in session and beyond — and adjust as we go. Come once, or stay for a longer stretch.

What we can work on

·

On your own

Decisions that keep going in circles · life changes and new beginnings · life as a migrant · identity, sexuality and self-acceptance · work, purpose and life projects · stress and finding your own pace · being kinder to yourself

·

Together

Communication and conflict · intercultural relationships · opening or closing a relationship · moving in, marriage or parenthood · separating with care · chosen families and polyamorous constellations

How I work

·

My approach

I work in a person-centered way: your experience is the starting point, and you’re the expert on your own life. I bring in tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology and systemic work — whatever helps you move.

·

Making peace with the parts

Underneath most of what we do is one idea — integration. Bringing the parts of you that pull in different directions into some kind of harmony. Conflict, inside and out, usually has something to teach us.

·

Where I come from

Before psychology, I made documentary films. Film taught me that the stories we tell about ourselves shape our lives — and that we can rewrite them. I grew up in Mexico City and have made Berlin my home, so I know what it’s like to build a life between cultures and languages.

·

What you can expect from me

Warmth and real curiosity
Honesty, offered gently
Tools you can use on your own
Sensitivity to culture, gender and neurodiversity

·

What I’ll stay away from

Judging you or your choices
Telling you what’s right or wrong
Assuming I know your life better than you
Making you depend on me

About couples sessions

·

With me, couples coaching and couples therapy work the same way. The name changes depending on where you live — for people in Germany and Mexico it’s called therapy, for everyone else it’s coaching. Every shape of relationship is welcome: monogamous, open, polyamorous, chosen families.

Good to know

·

Who can book

Coaching is open to everyone, wherever you live.

·

How it works

Sessions happen online via Zoom — you’ll get your link by email right after booking. Individual sessions last 50 minutes; couples and families, 60.

·

How often

Some people come once, others stay for a longer stretch. Weekly or every two weeks works well for most, and you can change it anytime.

·

Coaching or therapy?

Coaching focuses on your well-being and your next steps, without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you’re going through something heavy and live in Germany or Mexico, therapy might be the better fit.

·

Cancellation

Free up to 48 hours before your session.

·

Invoices

Sent automatically right after you book.

Ready when you are
